3. Product structure and assembly requirements


1. Dimension control: The dimensions of all assembled finished products after cooling are controlled within the tolerance range, and the assembly function and packaging shall not be affected.


2. The outer cover and the inner cover should be assembled in place, without skew or improper assembly;


3. The inner cover will not fall off under the tensile test of axial ≥30N;


4. The inner bottle and outer bottle buckle fit should be clamped in place, and the degree of tightness is appropriate; the assembly tension of the middle sleeve and outer bottle is ≥50N;

5. The inner and outer bottles must not rub against the inner wall to prevent scratches;


6. The screw of the cap and the bottle body rotate smoothly without jamming;


7. Alumina parts are assembled with corresponding caps and bottle bodies, and the tensile force after drying for 24H is ≥50N;


8. The feel of the pump head should be smooth when pressing the test spray without obstruction;


9. The gasket will not fall off under the tensile force of not less than 1N;


10. After the outer cover of the specification is matched with the thread of the corresponding bottle body, the gap is 0.1 ~ 0.8mm.

 

4. Product functional requirements


1. Tightness test requirements


Fill the product container with 3/4 of colored water, seal and close the cap, pour it on the absorbent paper in the vacuum leak detector, adjust the air pressure to -0.05MPa ± 0.01 MPa, and hold the pressure for 5 minutes. No water leakage. The vacuum bottle and lotion bottle are kept under the vacuum leak detector -0.04MPA (about 305mm HG column) for 5 minutes without leakage.


2. Thread torque


Fix the assembled bottle or jar on the special fixture of the torque meter, rotate the cap by hand, and take the data displayed on the torque meter as the criterion to reach the required test force; the torque value corresponding to the thread diameter should meet the requirements of the normative appendix. There is no slipping phenomenon when the screw teeth of the airless bottle and lotion bottle bear the specified rotation torque value.


3. Low temperature test requirements


Vacuum bottles and lotion bottles filled with water (the particle size of the insoluble matter should not be greater than 0.002mm), put them in the refrigerator at -10° C~ -15° C, take them out after 24 hours, and restore them at room temperature for 2 hours. The test shows no cracks. Deformation, discoloration, ointment leakage, water leakage, etc.


4. High temperature test requirements


Vacuum bottles and lotion bottles filled with clear water (the particle size of the insoluble matter should not be greater than 0.002mm), put them in a thermostat +50° C ± 2° C, take them out after 24 hours, and recover at room temperature for 2 hours. No cracks or deformation after testing , Discoloration, ointment leakage, water leakage, etc.


5. Strength of plastic container


The plastic container falls freely from a height of 1.0m when filled with clean water at room temperature at 20° C ± 5° C. It falls on the cement floor without leakage; PP, PET, PET-G, SAN, PMMA are made of materials, and they fall through After the drop test, 1 5% of the appearance is allowed to break without any influence on the function.

6. Discharge volume, volume, first discharge


Fill the bottle with 3/4 colored water or solvent, lock the pump head and the bottle tightly, press the pump head to discharge the liquid from 3 to 9 times, and the spray volume and volume are within the set requirements.
